Turi Rostad
Turi Rostad, born and raised in Norfolk, is a professional artist specializing in charcoals, oil paintings and commission works in all mediums. She holds a BFA in Painting from Arizona State University having also studied at Syracuse University. Exhibiting both locally and nationally, Turi lives and works in Norfolk, owning and operating Turi’s, a frame shop and art gallery showcasing contemporary American artists. Turi is an active member in the community and volunteers her artistic talents for local non-profit organizations including the Norfolk Library, the Susan B. Anthony Project, and the Botelle School.
